• Texas-Style Beef Brisket: Seasoned in a unique blend of Texas seasoning, slow roasted and sliced thin and topped with a rich beef gravy

• Chicken Tosca: Chicken breast sautéed in an herb parmesan batter finished with lemon beurre blanc
