  • Tuscan Chicken- Breast of chicken finished with artichokes, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes topped with a lemon Beurre Blanc sauce
  • Texas Style Beef Brisket- Seasoned in a unique blend of Texas seasoning, slow roasted and sliced thin, topped with a rich brown gravy
  • Pasta Primavera- Penne pasta tossed with zucchini, yellow squash, onions, tomatoes in a Beurre Blanc sauce topped with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs
